Q.How do I place an order?
A.To place an order simply have a browse through our online store, when you find something you like click on the add to basket button. When you have finished shopping just click on the checkout button and you will be taken through our checkout process.
Q.How safe are my credit/debit card details?
A.Extremely safe. We use Worldpay to process all our payments. Once you are ready to make payment you are transferred to Worldpay's secure server. When you have completed the transaction you are directed back to our site. Worldpay never share your financial details with us, we have no access to any credit or debit card numbers.
Q. Can i pay using Paypal?
A. Yes. Although we now use Worldpay to process our orders there is still an option at the checkout to use PayPal if you prefer, just select the PayPal option from the drop down box and click on update basket.
Q.How will my transaction appear on my credit/debit card statement?
A.Paying by Worlpay - Your credit/debit card statement will read Echo's
Paying by PayPal - Your credit/debit card statement will read PayPal *echos
Q. I dont want to enter my credit/debit card details over the internet, can i pay over the phone?
A. Yes, we can now take your payment details over the phone just call us on 01536 515020
Q. I dont have a credit or debit card can i still order from you?
A. We are happy to accept cheques or postal orders. When you get to checkout just select the cheque option from the drop down box and update your basket. When sending your payment to us please include your order number so we can locate your order on our system. Ideally if you can, print off a copy of your order and send this with your payment.
Q.How can I contact you?
A.You can contact us either by email, phone or writing to us. Our details can be found on the contact us page
Q.Are you discreet?
A.Yes, all orders are sent in plain packaging with no indication as to their contents.
Q.How soon will I get my order?
A.We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, hopefully sooner! We advise customers to expect delivery within 5 - 7 days; in reality it is much quicker. If you are ordering from the Forplay or Leg Avenue ranges it can take upto 10 days for delivery this is because we do not hold stock and have to order these items in. If you are ordering from the Escante clothing range it can take upto 17 days for delivery as, like Leg Avenue and Forplay, we do not hold stock and order these items in. If you require an item of clothing from one of these ranges for a certain date please phone or email to see if we are able to get it in time.
Q.Do you take orders 24 hours a day?
A.Yes. Because we are an internet based business we can take orders no matter what time of day or night it is. We check our order system first thing in the morning to deal with orders placed overnight. We process orders Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. any orders outside of these hours are dealt with the next working day.
Q.How much do you charge for delivery?
A.We charge £2.70 delivery for all UK orders below £30. If your order is over £30 there is no delivery charge.
Q.Can I return my item?
A.Yes so long as you have followed the guidelines in our returns policy we are happy to refund or exchange your item. Please read our returns policy for further details.
Q.If I give you my email will I receive lots of junk mail?
A.Never, we hate spam as much as you do and the only time we will email you is concerning your order or in reply to an email you have sent us. We do have a newsletter but this is an opt in service.
